Our olive trees fix carbon that we return to the earth with pruning. In the mill we convert the waste products into compost that we return to our olive grove, therefore our processes fix CO2 into the atmosphere.

We do not use plastic or pet containers.

We make a responsible management of the irrigation strategy, all our risk is drip.

We protect the soil by means of an inert cover or a living cover in order to reduce soil erosion as much as possible.

Rational fertilization of the olive grove with a product compatible with ecological and sustainable agriculture, increasing the biodiversity of the olive grove as much as possible.
